Bolinas Lagoon Restoration

Restoration of Bolinas Lagoon has begun thanks to the historic partnership between Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sanctuary, the external linkUS Army Corps of Engineers, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Point Reyes National Seashore,external linkMarin County Parks, and the support of local Stinson Beach and Bolinas communities! The goal of the project is to reverse negative human impacts and maintain a healthy lagoon ecosystem through the implementation of management strategies and restoration projects within the Bolinas Lagoon Ecosystem Restoration Project: Recommendations for Restoration and Management.
