Bolinas Lagoon Restoration

Restoration of Bolinas Lagoon has begun thanks to the historic partnership between Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sanctuary, the US Army Corps of Engineers, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Point Reyes National Seashore, Marin County Parks, and the support of local Stinson Beach, Seadrift, and Bolinas communities! The goal of the project is to protect and conserve a healthy lagoon ecosystem that can adapt to future changes through the implementation of management strategies and restoration projects within the Bolinas Lagoon Ecosystem Restoration Project: Recommendations for Restoration and Management.
